@BobbySkinner_ Why aren’t the Giants looking at Alec Halaby for GM? It’s an obvious no brainer and I never hear the name floated around. He is essentially the number 2 guy at the best front office in the NFL + getting him takes away from a rival.

We need a more competent GM who selects guys that him & his scouts want; ignore the revolving door of coordinators until they prove they can stay long term

@SavageSports_ This play was so clearly in bounds. Since the defender didn’t take his shot, pulled up a bit, and got trucked, it’s 110% on the defender

Understand your point, which explains why the defender (probably) pulls up before the hit, but you gotta know where you are on the field

Go at his policies or even credentials (although I’m not a fan of appeals to authority) - but the guy definitely appears healthier than most his age

That said, I also don’t understand why TL isn’t the most recent “generational prospect”

#1 in HS, elite in college, and was viewed as near-perfect

But after that one season I can’t think of anyone who didn’t know he was going 1 overall

I do remember pretty hefty debates about RG3 and Luck

This is a genuine question. I can’t recall anyone thinking anything about him other than that he would be great

He came off the greatest season we’d seen in over a decade and looked like he had an NFL-caliber pocket presence and arm
