The team that wins the process wins the game. In other words, successful teams work the hardest during the offseason, prepare the best during the week, and execute the best during the game.
Great teammates bring out the best in each other. They support, encourage, and motivate each other to play their best. And when necessary, they criticize and correct each other to make improvements.
Five ways to prevent burnout:
1. Keep your sport fun.
2. Practice gratitude.
3. Avoid overtraining.
4. Surround yourself with positive people.
5. Base your self-identity on more than just sports.

@JohnMuirUSA Tottenham has made me very happy recently. Our last 2 league games, we beat the top team in the league and barely lost to the second best in the Prem!
