Youth Football Coach | Developing U16 Talent | Tactics • Scouting • Mentorship | Building The Next Generation | Learning In Public With FM26 | FUTURE HEAD COACH
Too many youth grassroots football/soccer coaches treat kids like pros in training and games on the weekend.
These are children playing grassroots football, not the Champions League.
Focus on touches on the ball, smiles, and actually enjoying the game. The unnecessary added pressure can stop.
Who else sees this on the sidelines? ⚽️👇🏼

South Africans are killing people now, they have just shot a Nigerian man outside his shop.
You guys remember when I said this in the quoted tweet, it’s not the same person, but I just mentioned that they are capable of killing. Despicable humans
I've answered this question before and will find the tweet and post in the comments.
But just to add; whoever you are, know that I've been in this position before. Sometime between 2018 and 2019, I remember reading from Odanz, Oloye and Dickson and thinking to myself whether I'd ever be able to express myself as clearly and precisely as they did.
Then I stumbled on IM's and later Destiny's accounts, was blown away and stopped asking myself that question and simply started writing.
7 years later, here we are. I hope this gives you some belief that you too can become far better than you currently imagine.
Guys did you notice what Bonnou was doing in that penalty shootout?
He was going to the directions but he was standing tall. He wasn’t going low.
He must have studied that they play their penalties up. This is why he couldn’t save Koopmeiners’ penalty, he went that way but it was too low and hard.
He went a different way for Weghorst and if you noticed, Weghorst roofed it.
Watch the rest, Bonnou was standing tall. Crazy guy.
Two Europa league winner with Sevilla. A serious penalty merchant😂😂
I will never be a fan of confident play by defenders anywhere around Box 18.
You have already gained the ball. Just clear the ball, but you are trying to properly set the ball and you are dispossessed leading to goal.
Japan defender.
I will never be a fan of that thing professional defenders do.
Prospective super falcon spotted in Unizik. I think she has a great football potential.
If she finds herself in the right academy, she will definitely excel.

do me a favor;
be willing to begin again, again and again. take the risk, travel places you've never been, try things that scare you, eat new cuisine, apply for that opportunities you might not get, choose friends who challenge you over those who simply agree with you.
and when you fail, when, not if, you get back up, dust yourself up, take what you've learned and go again.
you've earned this day. every moment of doubt, every draft that didn't work, every time you had no idea where to start, it all brought you here. every day after this is yours to earn. that is not a burden. that is a rare and precious gift.
🚨THOUGHTS 💭
For me, i think NPFL “NEYMAR” Ugwu Tochukwu Valentine is the best player I have watched in real life.
There’s nothing a player loves more than someone that believes in them. For me, I believe this boy can play for the biggest club in world football. He played under me for 2yrs In Anambra Eagles (solution fc), so I can tell you exactly what he’s like.
Asides from the fact he’s talented, he’s the most hardworking player I’ve ever seen together with Chibueze Oputa “Recce James” at Enugu rangers.
He’s always first to every training drill and you can literally see he’s excited to do the hardwork. He’s a one of a kind player. If he plays under you as a coach, you’ll love him.
I knew for sure when I first saw him. I knew he’s gonna go far.
I’m sure he’ll be terrorizing Europe by 2028.
NEYMAR NEYMAR NEYMAR !!!
