The OL in 2025 ended the season with 6 straight games not allowing a sack. All 5 were named to the D3 Team of the Week on 11/18. A starting group of Aidan Olsen, Adante Bianchino, Carson Tessitore, Gavin Grech, & Mike Malzahn led the way up front

The Pioneers D/ST blocked a school record 10 Kicks in 2025. All-Region ST Nate Hernandez led the way with 3 blocked Punts. 4 Defensive players combined to block 5 FGs/XPs, continuing the tradition of special teams having a big impact at Utica.

The 2018 Defense holds the school record with 18 Interceptions. The Pioneers had 7 players with multiple INTs (Eli Belle, Matt Stone, Matthew McCoy, Mark Taylor, Anthony Beaubrun, Antonio Scala, & Kwasi Addo) on their way to a bowl ring.

The Pioneers finished 20th in the nation in 2022. The team reached many firsts at 10 wins in a season & a run to the Sweet 16 in the National Tournament. WR Nate Palmer & DE Jimmie Warren each won E8 Player of the Year on their side of the ball.

Anthony Acevedo caught 23 TDs during his time in the Orange & Blue. Good for 3rd All-Time in TDs, Acevedo is still the Utica All-Time Leader in Receptions & Receiving Yards. Putting up 800+ yards in his final 3 seasons, he was one of the greats.
