Tyron Smith
• 14 years (13 w/Cowboys & 1 w/Jets)
• NFL 2010s All-Decade Team
• 180 career starts (159 at LT/21 at RT)
• 5x All-Pro (2x 1st/3x 2nd team)
• 8x Pro Bowler
• 2011 1st round pick (9th overall)
Smith’s unique combination of size, length (36 3/8 arms), athletic ability and power gave him a “made in a lab” appearance with equally freaky on-field ability. Smith could run like a deer around the edge to take out smaller targets, routinely cut off the backside and delivered bone-crushing power with his strikes in pass protection. There’s probably not a cooler looking, more prototypical left tackle than him and he built a HOF resume to match. #Legend
Cowboys RG Zack Martin
• 11 years
• 171 starts including playoffs (169 at RG, 2 at RT)
• 9x All-Pro (7x first team)
• 9x Pro Bowler
• 7 career holding penalties
• 2014 1st round pick (16th)
• 52 starts at LT for Notre Dame
Martin played with pristine technique and unmatched consistency. He was the complete package at guard and set the standard for his entire career. Simply put: The best guard of his generation.
The NFL family is deeply saddened by the passing of Hall of Famer, Super Bowl Champion and Cowboys legend, Larry Allen.
Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones. 💙

The Eagles OL as a whole have put on a show all season including the playoffs so far, but what Jordan Mailata is doing as a run-blocker stands out. Unique size, movement skills and power. Paired with Dickerson they are a juggernaut. Been amazing to watch
OSZ specific emphasis/intent focused on the “lift” with the backside hand!
We want to set our hips, and drive through angle, backside leg drives through the crotch, backside elbow connected to backside hip creating lift.
side-note: 335lbs shouldn’t be able to move like this 👀
