As a youth coach, I am keen to learn more about what things to focus on what age group, what should be the focus at age 8 vs age 12. And also interested in sequence or timing of shot as I have a lot of 12yo who miss short or long because of inconsistent power.

@TalkingSplit hoping for some inspo. One issue we are having with u14 bottom age team is taking too long to find their match up in D each time down and then whole team is thrown out of whack. Any drills that could help them with this issue of find man find position
