Much as I love March Madness, I've struggled watching; wondering how much this/that player is getting paid. I hear "transfer from" all the time and while I appreciate the game, it has lost its glow for me. Then a great player like Watkins goes down and what's important gets real.

3 in a row for my Falcons! The team is playing great. February has traditionally been a good month for Air Force and it looks like it will be again! So happy to see Jo healthy for her senior year and the sophomores have all made that big jump from their freshmen years. Love it!

My good coaching buddy told me the best part about retiring is you get to do what you want, when you want...unless you have a puppy...then, you get to do what you want when you want so long as it fits puppy's schedule! Retirement is currently on hold....

Thanksgiving at home...can't remember the last time I was home for Thanksgiving (maybe just COVID ?). This is nice, but I have fond memories of wonderful holiday meals with the families of our players and I miss my team most at times like these. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Starting on that retirement bucket list. Now have a puppy! So much love and so much work! I have a new appreciation for 'single parents'. Raised two puppies before but that was when my dear Bob was alive to help. He did a great job with both dogs and now I got to figure it out!
