That’s sweep for Boys basketball at Bradford this season! Jr and Sr High District Champions! I’m so blessed to have players that are unselfish and attack each day like it’s a championship game!

Coaching has this funny little problem:
everyone has a coach…
except the coach.

Athletes get pep talks.
Parents get explanations.
Admins get updates.

And we get—
the steering wheel on the drive home.

We’re the ones who stay level
even when we don’t feel level.
We’re the ones who reset the room
even when we’re the ones who need the reset.

It’s not a complaint.
Just one of those parts of the job no one really talks about.

You pour into everyone.
But the job doesn’t pour back.
