Ask your Player or Players what THEY want to work on or get better at that day and watch how they buy into what YOU need them to get better at that day.

They aren’t always the same thing but they can BOTH get done.

In my experience, I can’t remember a time in 🏀 where there is LESS encouraging responses and MORE eye rolls or bad body language by teammates when one of their teammates makes a MISTAKE Not everyone obviously but it stands out to me.
