@BexLionsSoccer I was so impressed with how hard the boys worked Wednesday. You will appreciate that I was not a fan Wednesday night. I am tonight tho. Go get one, fellas.
A freshman linebacker for OSU got stuck in Chicago with a young family. He took time to play Go Fish and War with a 5 and 8 year old to pass the time. That young man impressed me and I’ve been a huge fan since. He is name is Marcus Freeman.
The Irish just hired one heck of a human being who also knows some things about football. If he shows the same compassion for his players that he did for my kids, Notre Dame is in fantastic hands.
It began as a discussion about the possibilities in a burrito shop on Beechmont Avenue and manifested itself on Pendery Avenue. So grateful to be part of the process and fiercely proud of our boys! Happy Thanksgiving, fellas!

Culture is not a poster that hangs on the wall. Written statements are necessary for clarifying the culture, but documents don’t build culture. The attitude and behavior of people builds culture.
You are a creator and builder of culture. What you believe and how you behave has an impact on the culture of the organization where you work. The culture cannot become what you are not.
This is important to understand.

It’s never been about loving the work. It’s about doing the work to be the best at what you love.
