[Matt Zenitz @mzenitz]

Ohio State is hiring Thomas Morton as assistant tight ends coach, a source tells @CBSSports.

Morton, who’s viewed in the coaching space as an up-and-coming offensive mind, was quarterbacks coach at Samford this past season after previously working at Auburn and Troy.

[Brandon Marcello @bmarcello]

Murray State has promoted quarterbacks coach Jack Walker to offensive coordinator, sources tell @CBSSports. Walker enters his second season with the Racers after previously coaching for his alma mater at Southern Miss.
