Trailing late and in one of the closest finishing sequences of the entire weekend, Riley Evans (Cloverleaf) found a way to get to the line first in Division I for a 55.56 400 meter victory.
Incredibly, due to wins in the 100, 200 & 400, Elyria, through a remarkable meet by senior Mateo Medina, take the Division I team title with 30 points.
Grateful for my time with @greenmentrack and @AuroragreenmenC over the past year and a half. Such a wonderful school, community, and coaches. Thank you all so much. Truly a group I won't forget.
To the runners out there...
There are roughly 10 weeks of summer training or 70 days. Do you want to know the secret to having a great fall? You don't have to have great workouts this summer. You don't have to run high mileage.
TRAIN CONSISTENTLY - at minimum 60 out of 70 days
Ben wasn’t the only record setter at the Suburban League Meet. Congratulations to Ella, Izzie, Eva & Hannah for not only breaking but obliterating the 4x400m relay record! #4:04.21
We took home another invitational win on both the women’s and men’s team! I’m proud of this team and their tenacity! Looking forward to some more competition in the coming weeks! #GoGreenmen @AHS_MH @DrPMilcetich@greenmentrack
