Parents pay for additional training for their child outside of regular practice but many kids:
❌Skip breakfast
❌Sleep<7 hrs/night
❌Use sugary drinks for "fuel"
❌Don't eat snacks & often under eat at lunch
💡Time to get back to the basics w/quality sleep & nutritional habits.
Please understand what research tell us. To be healthy - physically, mentally, emotionally AND to have better academic success, physical exercise is not an add-on option. That means do not cut recess, or well designed PE classes. They are ESSENTIAL. https://t.co/HviaioLkLn
Unbelievable job by the 4x4 girls (Babcock, Kenney Beach, Schemper). They not only take 3rd place but blow away the school record by over 4 seconds!! 4:07.17!!!! #WEBELIEVE. Panther Proud!!

Brayden had his first track meet of the year running 100m and 1600m @ Plainville. Placed 2nd in 1600m & earned his first track medal ever. More importantly learned what it takes to get that medal...”hard work.” It was a fun day for all of us to see family & friends #pburgtrack
So proud of Brayden for running his first full mile. Might sound like a small accomplishment, but considering we were once told by a doctor that he may never be able to walk, I’d say it is a pretty big deal! He inspires me daily with challenges he overcomes. #inspiration
