@13Mike31 @ChartingHockey He is incorrect about speed because In order to do quick ups and fwd supporting the puck to avoid def to def passes etc the fwds have to have good speed. Otherwise def are moving pucks to fwds who are either too far up ice (stretch seldom works) or they just dumping it.
