Private trainers and coaches gotta start working together more.

Trainer needs to know what that kid is being asked to do on Thursday, Friday or Saturday night , not just what looks good in a workout for content.

At the same time, coaches gotta get out they own way too. If somebody is helping your kid get better, build with them.

It ain’t about ego. It’s about the athlete.

Takes more than one person to build them !
