This week was our last days before dead period so we maxed out and my squat stayed at 500 pounds however my bench and power clean both went up 10 pounds Bench-265 Power Clean-235 to get me in the 1,000 pound club so greatful for @CoachSmith_WC for pushing me to my full potential.
