Congrats to former Minutemen football greats Seth Molnar and Dairese Gary (represented by Tina Robinson) for being inducted into the Concord Athletics HOF. Seth played and coached for the Minutemen and Dairese was a senior on our ‘06 State Runner Up team.

Big day! Congratulations to @DonovanArnold77 for being named to IFCA North All Star Team! We will be one of the few programs that have 2 players (Donovan and Derek Gomez) in the game. 2 great representatives of our program, school, and community!

No bigger honor for a HS football player than to be recognized at the annual Moose Krause Banquet. @bo_brunner7 is among the best and brightest players in Northern IN. Huge honor. Congrats Bo!

The Minutemen want more than a trip to a state. They want one more week of “F5-OH”
When I started coaching football in the mid 90s, I seem to remember it was pretty simple.
Start football two weeks before your first game. Hand out the playbook, give the kids their jersey, and make sure you had enough footballs for practice.
Now in 2025 you have a couple months of summer ball, two camera angles to capture and upload to hudl, drone film, digital playbooks, hand out all the practice gear, schedule scrimmages, set up your TeamSnap, make sure Final forms is complete, set up your new email address, plan and execute your football retreat, get the team shirt printed, host parent practice, media day, team picture day, make sure your security badge works with the gym door, call your field vendor to get the field patched and fixed, hand out white jerseys, gray jerseys, red jerseys, finish your first aid and CPR, finish all your state required hours of training, and the list goes on.
Man I miss the early 90s…haha!
We are excited to announce that our varsity football game vs. Plymouth on October 17 will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis! Kickoff will be at 7:30 PM.
Details regarding tickets and other logistics will be announced when the date draws closer.

"It's all about the work."
You have to show up and do the work.
• It means effort.
• It means commitment.
• It means earning it, not being entitled.
Bittersweet day. My last practice at Jake Field. New stadium coming to Concord in the Fall of 2026. Going to be a great facility when completed. 32 seasons roaming the sideline of Jake Field. Looking forward to coaching in The Jake 2.0.
