My Mahindra XEV9E has spent more time in service than with me.
6+ months of ownership, less than 3 months of actual use.
Here’s everything that went wrong.

This isn’t pressure, this is poor leadership. Hardik Pandya has taken a champion side like Mumbai Indians and made it look average. That’s the reality.
It hurts 🥺🥺

Everyone is talking about how EVs have poor resale value, but there’s another side to this story.
Yes, depreciation looks high on paper, but you have to factor in how the tax system is designed.
Also, please remember that electric vehicles get 40 per cent depreciation if bought by businesses, and even individuals effectively recover 40 to 50 per cent of value through depreciation benefits. That alone offsets a huge part of what people call “resale loss.”
Battery fear is also overblown. Most real-world EVs lose only 5 to 7 per cent battery health in the first few years. And once India brings standard battery-health certificates, resale will stabilise quickly.
Even with my own issues with the XEV 9e, I still believe EVs aren’t failing, they’re evolving. Running cost, maintenance, and long-term efficiency still beat petrol cars.
Resale panic is temporary. EV market will keep growing.

@18002096006 You’re more worried about my post than the months of negligence and damage I’ve already faced.
If this urgency was shown for my actual issues, I wouldn’t need to tweet.
Fix the demands I raised. Privacy isn’t the problem, your service is.
Supporting “Made in India” shouldn’t mean paying the price with my safety, my time, and my peace of mind. I chose an Indian brand with pride, but what I’ve faced is negligence, delays, and repeated damage. This is not how customers should be treated.

After all this mess, I’m done asking politely.
I want:
• A brand-new replacement XEV9E
• Full compensation for the months my car was unusable
• Interest for every EMI I paid while my vehicle sat in your workshop
• A straight explanation for how this was allowed to happen
