Why should #TEAM #FCA get younger? The Barna Research Group galls it the "𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝟏𝟑 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰." A central premise of their research is that a person's core worldview is substantially formed by the age of 13, making the pre-teen years the critical window for integrating these specific tenets.

So, whether we start #Huddles on existing Rec Leagues around our Area, or start our own Coastal NC FCA Sports Leagues, we can't wait until they are on a Middle School Campus to share the Good News. It's time to change the game, much sooner!

[Coastal NC FCA @CoastalNCFCA]

Leaders all over our Area are filling out their Applications and taking training to be Fully Qualified to serve on TEAM FCA this year! Have you scheduled your Huddle Training with one of our Staff yet? From Milestones Academy to Midway High School, we're preparing #GameChangers for their calling!

FCA isn't just happens when our Staff are present, but it's what happens when we leave that changes the game. Volunteer leaders who themselves are answering their own call from the Lord. As we prepare for our next Ministry Year starting on September 1, we'll be communicating with our Volunteers to get them ready to serve.

FCA is committed to providing safe ministry environments for all of our teammates, so they have chosen the Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP) as the platform to satisfy our insurance and risk management directives. It is required for all FCA Volunteers to go through the Application process in the VIP and become "Fully Qualified" to serve with us so let the Application process begin!

A couple @TheFCATeam Anniversaries today! Cole has been leading us into the Outdoors for 1-year now! And @KenLovell75 has wrapped up 11-years serving as our Director. #GameChangers

You shouldn’t have to live and die on the words of people. And with the words of Christ, you won’t. In knowing Him, you’ll know what it sounds like when people talk like He does.

[Coastal NC FCA @CoastalNCFCA]

You may find it interesting that the Hebrew word for "commit" speaks to a rolling away. Yeah, like the stone that was rolled away. Consider then that a commitment to the Lord this year, has access to the same power that rose our Lord to new life too. If there is a lack of commitment in sport today, then it's time for someone to make a new one.

#GameChanger

[Coastal NC FCA @CoastalNCFCA]

We understand the problem. The foolish behaviors in sport like selfishness, entitlement, and lack of commitment. Behaviors that are attempting to steal, kill and destroy your love of the game.

We also know the answer. Proverbs 12:15 says that “a fool’s way is right in his own eyes, but the one who listens to counsel, is wise.”

FCA Huddles, is where counsel happens. Discipleship that grows Coaches and Athletes in their relationship with Jesus Christ and changes the game!

Our investment this year is like never before. Rather than inviting you to an event, we are inviting you to be a part of the 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭. The effect of more presence, more relevant preaching and therefore more impact on the lives of Coaches and Athletes. It will take us all, to reach em all, and here’s how you can get in the game and equip us, to do just that. As Leaders come forward ready to start a Huddle, FCA Donors we call #GameChangers are invited to come along side of them and resource their commitment. The consistent presence of the living word of God on a #team, changes the game.

See below the different package options we've prepared for this year. Costs vary but if you're ready to be a Game Changer, contact any FCA Staff person with the team you want to #influence and we'll do the rest.

Ephesians 1:9-10 (CSB): “He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure that He purposed in Christ as a plan for the right time—to bring 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 together in Christ…”

Colossians 1:28-29 (CSB): “We proclaim Him, warning and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 mature in Christ.”

Galatians 5:1 (CSB): "For 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦, Christ set us free. Stand firm, then, and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery."

Freedom was never intended to be a pass to do what you want, but rather the power to do what you were created for! Because what this 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 speaks to, is the liberty to ignore the things having nothing to do with salvation. Praise the Lord then, that we live in a Country with the freedom to focus on Him.

[Coastal NC FCA @CoastalNCFCA]

Colossians 3:5–10 (CSB): “Therefore, put to death what belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, God’s wrath is coming upon the disobedient, and you once walked in these things when you were living in them. But now, put away all the following: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and filthy language from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator.”

Paul, a leader for Christ, says in Romans 1 that he is not ashamed of the Gospel! He knew that it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. He reminds us that in the Gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed from Faith to Faith. If you are, or are ready to be a leader for Christ in FCA, we'll get you ready this summer because ~ someone else's Faith, is waiting on your Faith. #GameChangers believe, so they speak.

Game… changed.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (CSB): “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!”

[Coastal NC FCA @CoastalNCFCA]

God’s children, play the game, with different standards.

[Ken Lovell @KenLovell75]

Romans 10:14-15 (CSB): “How, then, can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭?”

Many are those just fine to sit back and criticize. But #GameChangers step in to have an effect. #influence

Romans 10:14-15 (CSB): “How, then, can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach unless they are sent?”

THANK YOU to all our Coastal NC FCA teammates who are… #GameChangers for answering the call, to support ours.
