@philsmith20 I wonder whether the teaching unions have considered holding the education system to ransom as GPs are currently doing with the health service (confirmed by a GP friend). Maybe we all just teach to KS3 and repeat every year thereafter 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Harper93L @AQA Do you actually know how much you should be paid? I know it says the amount per script in the contract but then goes on to say there will be some magical mathematical equation used to determine the actual amount per question. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I found having to use 5 different systems that use vocabulary about marking that I don’t understand anxiety inducing. Almost withdrew before starting. Wish I had now tbh.
