My old coaster YouTube page that I made in 2005 and really stopped in 2009 has a Google email and it made a Twitter account without me knowing it. I guess I’ll start having a coaster Twitter now 🤷
@NickChaps96@originalish@BrerOswald What everyone has failed to mention, this was also an after hours ticketed event. It wasn’t like it was for day guests. Just like the Sweethearts Nite which also showcases “sexual preference” in the park.
Also, it’s Orientation, not Preference. That makes it sound like a choice
@kbrewFL Growing up in Coney Island. I always dreamed of going to Blackpool. Which I did eventually make it to and I absolutely love it. But they are both very very different!
The closest I’ll get to riding a B&M for a very long time! And yes, I sobbed uncontrollably the moment I pulled the harness down. It was the first time since my accident 8 months ago I’ve sat in one. Every little familiarity from before hits me differently.
@CoasterK24 It’s also one continuous chain now instead of the two separate chains. The Booster chain (the one on the bottom that was meant to stabilize the speed) and then the lift chain.
@kbrewFL@grok The only lots I know are the Aquarium and Ball Park. Otherwise I park on the street. I don’t know of any other lots along the train. Also, multiple trains end at Coney Island, so I don’t know which one you want
@kbrewFL@grok It’s all street parking in Coney Island. So you may get screwed. A couple of years ago while visiting home, I went down on New Year’s Day to see friends and it was so busy I ended up parking a whole neighborhood over (2 train stops away) and just walked the boardwalk all the way
