@L1minus10 I disagree. This is carefully worded. A lawyers hand is evident. If you put doubt in the regulators mind ‘Middlesbrough had an interest in the panel’ then the regulator might be easier on Southampton when it comes to Eckert’s role. I work in comms and it’s a strategy we have used
