@linxdot @kmoneysaver Sorry, but no. Your process for UK delivery is, and I quote "Shipments to the UK are shipped from our UK warehouse." You actually shipped from China, incurring a cost to your "customers." Equally, 22 days of chasing for a refund, in times like this...seriously!

@kmoneysaver @linxdot After a few more emails badgering them, I got a refund on the original payment card, not paypal as requested; not a major issue. Checking the bank statement today, I can see the credit. In the end it took approximately 23/24 days of tweets and numerous emails!
