I Own a rice and corn Mill that is powered by two 1115 Diesel engine.

In 2020 we usually buy a 25 liter gerican of Diesel for 6k - 9k.
it then increase to 20-25k and now is about 55-60k.

And what you should know is,
I consume about 15 of that 25 liter gerican per month

Let's do the math.
Initial price 9000x15 = 135,000
Current price 60,000x15 = 900,000
Price difference 900,000 - 135,000 = 765,000
I now have 765k increase on fuel alone, apart from other running expenses..

Guess what?
a stable electricity can wipe out this cost by 90%
But the minister of power said they are helpless.
How about subsidizing the prize of crude supply to Dangote to contain the effect of the global price increase?
