@willdepue Set alarms on your phone, meal prep your meals, learn to disassociate and just eat regardless of apetite. It will destroy your relationship with food but the sooner eating becomes like filling your car with gas and less like a pleasant the faster you will gain weight

First you dont want to remember most dreams they are weird. Second when you remember them better it compounds and eventually it becomes lucid and you act on your own autonomy. It just happens even if its not your intent. When that happens you get sleep paralysis and night terrors. I do not have scuentific explanations but it literally feels like your brain is consciusly making dream states uninhabitable which destroys your sleep. It takes a long time to undo this after. You dont want to fear sleep
