@LloydsBank Thank you for your reply but I’ve now been accepted for a Barclaycard that also gives 1% cashback for 12 months. Their online service was much easier to navigate.

@LloydsBank had probably the most unhelpful experience with any bank this last few weeks. Tried to join up for the Ultra card (what a great deal it is) for some overseas travel and the online process read “oops sorry something went wrong please try later”. Lloyds made no effort
