Conclusion: every standard programming is having rest api framework to write backend and also having rest api client to consume at client end.
So, it actually doesn't make any difference.

Thing is to learn the concept of programming rather than any specific language.

Conclusion: most of the companies are just working on sending json data / multipart data and consuming json data/ multipart data.

So, choice of programming becomes more of a person choice of your team/manager.
