Today after a 12 hour shift I begin to go the gym and try to get in shape but it reminds me of this tweet about the mind and body of a programmer and now I am sore 😂

Just finished listening the latest episode of @TechJrPodcast I really did enjoyed pretty much all of them to be honest

Main thing I get from this episode is that we must go from having a tech first mindset to mind first mindset with dealing health issues of any sort
