@JeenaKrish91074 Shallow copy copies only the first layer of property of an object not nested ones. This leads to issues like undefined scopes while dealing with inner objects.

Deep copy copies whole object with nested layers too making the copied object to be on a new reference address.

Let and Const are variables which came to fix this issue as they are blocked scope and is handled very differently from Var as Temporal dead zone is being followed in these.

Months ago I did barbell squats for first time and got my back injured due to it 🥲

After some months, I finally got the courage to do them and today I used lower back belt to do it with less weight to have a proper form and did good amount of reps and sets 💪🦁
