@SkyUK please help. Over a year now and youre using my subscription to pay for someone else's Netflix. Two phone calls and still not resolved. I want to pay for myself to access not strangers.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott, Yes I have rung twice. Told multiple times a supervisor would call me back to fix, they didnt. Last time told it should be sorted in a few days, it wasn't. Live chat when it works tells me I have to call in. Have just filled in the complaints form as recommended.

@skytv how hard should it be to change the @netflix account associated to my sky? Live chat instructs to phone. Phone instructs to wait forever for a supervisor to call back. (Rinse and repeat whilst you continue to pay for someone else)
