I want to raise awareness of it, because it is very frequently overlooked. Two years ago I had never even heard of EDS, which made it very difficult to get help. EDS is also an "invisible" syndrome, which means it is hard to tell from a glance whether someone has it or not.
So May is EDS awareness month, so I figured I might as well say something. I found out about a year ago that I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It's a genetic condition that causes a ton of different symptoms. Most commonly hyper-flexibility and chronic pain.
@FreyaHolmer From the looks of it, you transcribed it correctly. You have both the F and F# in the second chord. It might sound wrong depending on the instruments you are using. It almost sounds like the choir and guitar are playing in two different modes.
@FreyaHolmer There's something really dissonant going on with that second chord. The choir is singing what sounds like a bø7, but the melody has an F# in it. So you got some clashing between the major/minor 6, but it works in context.
@Ebonscale I took one 3D modeling class in college and like 3 of the assignments were to model guns.
Somehow I've managed to avoid working on guns throughout my audio career. Unless you count the weapons in Chex Quest.
Started listening to the Chrono Trigger soundtrack as background music today. Turns out, if you haven't played Chrono Trigger in a while then the soundtrack can totally wreck you.
