Not really. Data is heavily skewed due to labeling non-whites as white in the crime data and even then the data is a mixed bag.

More black people report having been molested than white people and the white on black rape rate is near non-existent with some years in the US having literally zero reported cases of black women being raped by white men. So those black people were most likely molested by other black people.

Firstly it's already partly delegated to the president by congress which is why it was initially approved. Secondly presidential powers are vastly stronger than people think. And thirdly you should simply give the president the right to arbitrarily set tariffs because it massively increases his negotiation power during negotiations which helps your nation.

Take that up with the activists and judges who claimed that LLMs were violating copyright. This is due to a ruling saying that they can scan in the books as a digital copy and use it if they paid for the book and destroy the original.

Technically the book could survive as a digital copy if they preserve it long enough to exit copyright protections.

But the destruction of the original is something forced upon them by the courts.

Systems like this are far older than LLMs and were stopped because they concluded what we kinda already knew but weren't allowed to say. They indicated that they needed to monitor areas selling "menthol cigarettes". Aka areas with lots of black people. This then caused complaints about racial profiling and "over policing" which was complete BS complaints which then lead to them under policing these areas.

You don't need a superintelligence to tell you anything since we already know what to do. Put police officers in high crime areas and take criminals off the street quickly and consistently without concern for racial disparities. Any AI solution will just do the same but will then flag the same areas when some black guy dies during an arrest.

Ukraine is a uniquely important location given the black sea and again. It's a cost vs benefit vs risk analysis being made. They thought they could take Ukraine since it wasn't formally in NATO yet meaning they wouldn't drag in all of NATO by default. Taking Finland even before NATO entry would draw in the other EU nations immediately and create a far larger conflict than Russia was willing to have.
