Gavin Hunt had zero signings with an aging squad, but he was able to get us to CAFCL semi finals. He also complained like Nabi, but he was able to put something on the table.
▪︎ Bad results in the league, but good ones on the continent.
▪︎ Hunt, as much as I don't like him, understood the strengths and weaknesses of the team and found a way to at least put something on the table.
- There was structure for his javelin football. He prepared the team well for how he wanted to play.
▪︎ He used development players to try freshen up the team.
▪︎ He had the likes of Akumu as regulars in his team, players mentioned as "cows," but he made it work for him.
▪︎ He relied on untested players like Mashiane, Mshini, and Blom on the continent and got results. He also used the likes of Darrel Macheke, Lebohang "Lord Guluva" Lesako, and Keletso Sifama just to show he really didn't have a good squad, so he relied on development.
The team was poor in the league, but he gave us something to smile about during that time. Until today, we still brag about being the last South African team to reach CAFCL final.
▪︎ This is because we had a coach who used players to their strengths and was loyal to his ways of playing.
Coach Nabi got 10 new players. He said, in public, that he will use development players if he doesn't get the type of quality he wants, but all we get is complaints, excuses, and no results.
▪︎ He got Dortley, Ntwari, Miguel, Blom, Sirino, Lilepo, Cele just to mention a few but he is struggling to solidify a top 8 position?
And we must blame players?
▪︎ He can't put a solid 11 and show faith in it. He can't even show confidence and use the 10 new players management gave him who are way better than what we got on average quality.
▪︎ He can't put a solid performance even against relegation teams when he has way better players than all the coaches we had in the last 5 years.
▪︎ He is not using the same development effectively. He keeps bringing aboVilakazi when the team is chasing games with no clear structure!
▪︎ He can't even grind results! Besides talking about "chance created," those who defend him use players as scapegoats, nothing else on the table by the coach for them to use!
In the last 3 years, supporters blamed the head coach and even went on to beat the coaches. They blamed the fitness trainer, blamed the assistant, blamed the Gk coach, some even said how can Mathibe improve our Gks when Khune is better than him.
▪︎ The fans wanted coaches who could improve the squad, and now that the management listened, we don't expect them to improve the squad, we want to call our players cows?
We are hating on our players for terrible selections and tactics because we love coach Nabi!?? If Maart is terrible, why is a good coach still selecting him? Come on makhosi. You can't even argue that there is coaching due to clear playing principles. It's chaos!
We are fed mediocrity here because we are loud with our support for coach Nabi, this is nonsense!
When u do that. Also be sure to make it clear that, illegal foreigners should be deported and not arrested. Prisons are full. I think its time we build higher walls at the border and have automatated robots or drones guard them. To minimise human error and fraud. Also be sure to instruct them to shoot on sight. Cause this is nonsense
@newslivesa@Julius_S_Malema The tax fraudster wasn't telling us something which is a secret... What was his contribution to the debate?...
He continues to expose how useless EFF has been in that house for the past 10yrs...
We are South Africans first, then Africans.
But we remain South African always. Africa is not a country, but the continent we are situated in with other 54 countries.
We have no other country except our South Africa🇿🇦
No DNA, just South Africa ❤️
THE DRIVE TO RECRUIT NIGERIANS TO SOUTH AFRICA
With @CyrilRamaphosa and @Leon_Schreib agreeing to bring millions of foreigners into the country, South Africans may end up sitting on more problems than they are already.
Many of these foreigners have proved to take advantage of
@PatrioticMedia1@LesediFM The biggest problem is the ANC, it seems like they have deals with foreigners, organisations looking out for foreigners, which we the ordinary citizens don’t know, they took money promising those organisations that SA can cater for the refugees/asylum seekers…
TAXI OWNERS BETRAY SOUTH AFRICANS !
It is mostly South Africans that pay for taxis to take them to their destinations. But now taxi owners have turned against their paymasters,ie, SA commuters in favour of illegal immigrants.
DUDULA NOT BACKING DOWN
Operation Dudula will not be deterred by few women who tried to protect foreign spaza shops from being closed.
This operation is already spreading to other parts of Gauteng.
@GaytonMcK@Leon_Schreib Imagine if this saga happened during the ANC government! Would have been easily swept under the carpet. We SAns should be proud of the work we did on the 29th of May…. Let’s do more in 2029.
Our next step is to find the South African mother who suffered because her child’s identity was stolen. Thank you Minister @Leon_Schreib. Let’s blow open this whole racket and arrest should surely follow. #GNUatwork
