Punisher is there for Pete’s isolation, Hulk is there bc of Pete fighting his inner demons, MJ & Ned are there to show sacrifice, Yelena is there bc she’s felt alone like Peter, Sadie Sink’s character aligns with Peter’s arc etc Everything serves a purpose. Best use of the mcU.

My only minor issue was they revealed way too much in the trailers. MCU is normally pretty good about not doing that.

The Rami films are goated for their own reasons but BND captures everything I love about Spider-Man comics

Neither are better than the other. They are just different.
