The Texas House has passed a bill to ban transgender sex changes for children.

Senate Bill 14 which passed with a 92-48 vote will now head for a final vote, which it is expected to pass, before heading to Gov. Greg Abbots desk.

The bill will prohibit doctors from prescribing hormones and puberty blockers to children and ban gender reassignment surgeries for under 18’s.
