Kirstine from The Mustard Tree Trust, came to visit us and we sang and created our own version of the Creation Story from Genesis.  We had a wonderful morning in our family groups, helping each other to re-create our very own version. @MustardTreeT

Power cut yesterday, didn’t stop us at Whalton CE Primary School. Look at the beautiful work the children produced.  Meanwhile, our federated school made our lunches and Mrs Brannen brought them to us! Teamwork at its best 🥰

All leavers at our Federated schools joined together to attend Lifepath at Brinkburn. Thank you to all of the Lifepath team, our children loved it 🤗

What a glorious morning for the traditional Maypole dancing and Sports Day. The children were all incredible 🏅

Our Reception and Year 2 children had a fantastic Federation Day today. We created a song, made music, sang along to a Wonderful World 🌍learning Makaton with the help of @singinghands video and made a huge bug hotel too🕷️Closing our day with an Outdoor Collective Worship ☺️

Fun this week on our walking bus. The children were collected by staff at each end of the village and walked to school 🙂

We had a fabulous federation marble treat surprise visit which was partially funded by @Vision4Ed today, the children were all delighted🎉🍦🍭

A huge thanks to our families for their generous donations of a variety of foods for Wansbeck food bank.  We have also raised £127.15 for Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to young people who have lost their own hair through cancer .
