There's not much left to even be disappointed in. These are Trump's broken promises:

1. Drain the swamp - Handed power to billionaires, donors, and lobbyists. Foreign governments buying influence through Trump properties. Lobbyists placed in charge of the agencies they used to lobby against. The swamp got privatized, not drained.

2. H-1B visas - Flipped and called the program "great" to protect Musk, Peter Thiel, and all of Silicon Valley who bankrolled his campaign and wanted cheap foreign tech labor kept flowing.

3. Epstein files - Promised full release, buried them after his name appeared.

4. Promised no Medicaid/Medicare cuts - then signed $1 trillion in Medicaid cuts.

5. Lock her up / prosecute political enemies - Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, Lisa Page, Schiff, Fauci, Wray, Swalwell, Zuckerberg - none of them touched.

6. IVF protection - Made the promise, produced nothing.

7. Reduce national debt - Adding $3 trillion instead.

8. DOGE $1 trillion in savings - Federal spending actually went up.

9. Ukraine peace in 24 hours - Still no deal and still sending money.

10. JFK/RFK files - Released heavily redacted versions, not full disclosure.

11. End the income tax / replace with tariffs - Quietly dropped.

12. Tariff policy - Constant flip-flopping crashed markets and destroyed business confidence.

13. Ghislaine Maxwell - Promised accountability, doing her favors instead.

14. Good deals for farmers - Tariff war is crushing agriculture.

Trump was supposed to break the cycle of controlled opposition politicians who know exactly what language to use to win votes and then govern for the donor class but even he ended up serving the same interests on the things that actually mattered.

Per capita, Protestant clergy abuse rates match Catholic rates exactly, same 2-5% range across all studies. The Catholic Church appears worse only because it's one centralized institution that produces records. 47,000 independent Baptist churches can't be subpoenaed as a unit. Clean your own house before you yell Repent at mine.

Ah you're a Seventh Day Adventist. The "Babylon equals the Catholic Church" interpretation was invented by your cult leader Ellen G. White in the 19th century. Catholic, Orthodox, Reformed, Lutheran, Anglican, and Baptist scholars all agree Revelation was written in 95 AD about the Roman Empire persecuting Christians under Domitian. Good grief Matthew 23:5-8 is Christ criticizing the Pharisees for loving titles and honor for their own sake, not prohibiting all titles in the Church. Paul himself uses the title "apostle" throughout his letters. He calls himself a "father" in 1 Corinthians 4:15. He refers to Timothy as his "son" in the faith. The New Testament is full of church offices and titles including bishop, deacon, elder and apostle. By this logic Paul himself was fake Christianity.

Every heretical movement in history has called the Catholic Church apostate and idolatrous. The Arians said it. The Gnostics said it. The Cathars said it. The Reformers said it. 40,000 denominations later, each convinced they alone read Scripture correctly, and the Church that compiled the canon still stands. The accusation is not new and it is not evidence.

Hitler despised Christianity and planned to destroy the Church after winning the war. The Nazis imprisoned priests and shut down Catholic institutions. Pope Pius XII was credited by Yad Vashem with saving hundreds of thousands of Jewish lives. The Catholic Church siding with Muslims claim needs a source because it has no historical basis. Two false claims in one sentence is impressive.

Sola scriptura is itself not in the Bible. The Church Fathers were the direct disciples of the Apostles. Ignatius knew John. Clement knew Peter and Paul. The same men compiled the canon you use. You cannot accept the Bible while rejecting the Fathers who gave it to you. Calling someone a papist for allegiance to a fallible man is rich coming from a Protestant who took his theology from a 16th century German monk. I am a convert still awaiting confirmation after seven years of research. I did not come to the Catholic Church through blind allegiance to a man. I came through the historical and scriptural evidence you are dismissing.
