Out in Ramona we may end up getting 1-2 inches of rain an hour from tropical storm Rachel.

The deserts and high deserts, local mountains in Southern California may get around an inch of rain, along with snow surprisingly toward the tail end.

To get solar is 10s of thousands in permits. Power company refuses most solar. Then you have to pay thousands to a licemsed government contractor to put in solar

In new Mexico you just take a class to see if qualified to do it self

@cardmaster30 @WhiteHouse You need permits and approval from the power company to have solar in California, power company refused our request in Ramona to have solar. The permits alone cost tens of thousands and up
