Our next category was so competitive we have awarded a high commendation, congratulations to Private Housing Architect runners up @coffeyarch#AYA20in24
Here we go!! Very excited to have started on site in North London with an ambitious home renovation + extension that is driven by sustainability and biophilic design. Pictured here is architectural assistant Anthony Wong with our freshly minted @RIBA signboard. 👷♂️
In honour of #MilanDesignWeek, we've been reminiscing about when we attended a few years ago as part of the @wallpapermag Handmade project.
We worked with @COMPACsurfaces to create a quartz table inspired by the Chand Baori - https://t.co/MWp7m7sAzl ✨✨✨
The Tannery, our vibrant mixed-use scheme for London Square, has been shortlisted for a 2024 Housing Design Award! We are so proud of this recognition, as the scheme is a testament to our commitment to arts-led and sustainably-focused urban living.

There's been a springy studio buzz in our office this week! We've welcomed a new team member, secured a new project, and are loving the longer sunlit hours ✨
Scenes from our event MORE THAN ZERO — Delighted to facilitate this impactful dialogue for our sustainability peer network yesterday.
We welcomed Anna Pamphilon of @archdeclare who introduced their Regenerative Design Primer which launches today and Pooran Desai from @OnePlanet.
Last week, some of team Coffey went to Cannes for #MIPIM2024. Although we've been going for many years, this one felt particularly optimistic. We made new connections, rekindled old ones, and most importantly, witnessed a collective enthusiasm for collaboration.
We've just ordered "100 Women: Architects in Practice" for #InternationalWomensDay!
As we continue to address the inequality in our industry — aware this starts first in our own studio — this will no doubt be an inspirational resource.

We have four projects shortlisted for the 2024 @RIBA awards! The Tannery, Oxford Road, 22 Handyside Street and Cobham Bowers all exemplify our scale shift from smaller cultural and private home projects to large, lovely pieces of architecture and urban design.
What's one more than a hat-trick? Our fourth and final submission for the @RIBA 2024 awards has been shortlisted! Cobham Bowers, a lovely and purposeful later living development in Surrey, is up for a best building accolade.

Yesterday our buddy Lucky came to visit the new studio! He's not your average 'office dog'—Lucky belongs to the manager of our local cafe and we're always happy to lend a hand whenever his owners need it. Think we can add "dog sitting" to our list of services on the next bid? 🐾
Great to see the "new housing solutions" that architects, developers and councils are implementing across London. Check out the @EveningStandard's coverage of the 2024 @RIBA London Awards, including two of our resi projects (plus one stunning office)!
