🇮🇳🤝🇺🇸 Strengthening the India–US Defence Partnership

Lieutenant General Joel B. Vowell, Deputy Commanding General, @USARPAC, called on General Dhiraj Seth, #COAS, on 28 September, reaffirming the enduring commitment of India and the United States to deepen defence cooperation.

The discussions covered the evolving security environment in the Indo-Pacific, greater military-to-military engagement and opportunities to expand cooperation across multiple domains.

The successful conduct of Exercise #YudhAbhyas further demonstrated the high degree of interoperability, operational synergy and mutual learning between the two Armies. Joint training and exercises continue to build trust, enhance readiness and strengthen the ability of both forces to operate together effectively.

Suffice to say that actual Land had to be retaken/ captured, maybe he is relying only on the Safed Sagar Documentary 🤦‍♂️

✅ The 155 odd Pak Army casualties (based on Pak’s own award list admission) on the contested land border states different, a True victory marker

👉 Because he states ‘1965 would be a draw’
✅ The ~1920 Sq Km land occupied by Indian Army decided the negotiations and was an actual currency of victory

👉 Because he urges to ‘grow out of land-centricity in our military thinking’
✅ I urge him to study Mackinder and Mearsheimer - maybe it will help

Let's understand one thing very very clearly - till the time we have contested borders, primacy of land operations will remain whatever any paper/ tweet states
