@TwilightZoneNet@TheNightGallery@MenAreStillGud I do want to say for @TwilightZoneNet that even the early episodes are excellent, and they just keep getting better from there. Tom’s episode on “Dust” is one of the most exceptional podcast episodes I’ve ever listened to. I cannot recommend this podcast enough.
@cincopedia@latimes S2 is one of those rare occasions where it somehow was even better than the already incredible S1. “Doorway to Where” is one of the most perfect parodies ever written, and I’m so grateful we got S2. Can’t wait (however long that will be) for S3.
@RodSerlingFndtn I listened to the whole season. It's very silly in a Dana Carvey way and not really my taste, but it's apparent that he has a love for Serling and TZ.
@charIottebronn Favorite: Vertigo, followed closely by Shadow of a Doubt, Psycho, and Rear Window. So so many other great ones.
Least Favorite: three-way tie between Under Capricorn, Waltzes From Vienna, and The Skin Game, with Jamaica Inn as a runner up.
@PeterLGatt@HitchPodTweets Take any silent film’s listed runtime with a grain of salt. The run time was in the hands of the projection operator, so one copy might run a lot longer than another, even if both use the same amount of film.
@HitchPodTweets I need to watch the Manxman again, but The Ring has a lot of fun parts. It is tedious in some parts, but it’s definitely worth a watch or two.
@TheNightGallery@hulu I saw this one for the first time a few years ago, and it instantly made my top 10 of the whole series. It is an amazing picture of how good leadership can so easily be corrupted when one lets their own sense of power take control of their sense of leadership. Truly phenomenal.
@WestWingWeekly is there any chance the blue mugs will be available to buy again? My 11-year-old broke it this morning while putting away the dishes, and he is so sad about breaking his dad’s favorite mug.
@nataliemorales I’m so glad you said this. I was feeling the same way, but I didn’t want to admit out loud that is how I felt. I wonder if this is not more common for those of us who were coming of age around 9/11.
@JoshMalina Ghost Dad is also about a man who nearly dies and returns to earth to make things right, and it’s not even close to as good as Soul. It’s definitely the movie you’re looking for.
@twilightpwn I bet it’s a bit more adjacent than the Force Awakens episode, and that was a great episode. Any opportunity to hear you guys, no matter how tenuous a connection to TZ, is a good episode in my book.
