A fiesty, scrappy game saw cold ash struggle on an awful pitch against a rash team.
A first half corner poked home, 1-0 at the break.
In the second half the referee gave 2 penalty’s, both controversial, both converted.

A dominant display saw us pull away in 2nd place, despite us starting slow. Despite this we scored 3 smart finishes, and managed to shut the opposition out. A first half scuffle and an end of game headbutt was also included 😂 ⚽️

In a dominant display, cold ash struggled to put the ball in the net against a strong display from Furze goalkeeper. The first time Furze enter our half, a goal. An awful referee display didn’t help either team, but we get the job done ⚽️

1-1 at half time, 3-1 full time with resilient defending, and a thin squad due to people not showing up.

On Sunday we had our first round cup game against NWX.

Unfortunately they were the better, fitter side and completed a 5-1 win over us.

We come out 4-1 winners in a busy game against a struggling Bedwyn side. Took our chances, hit the bar twice and missed a couple sitters 👀 but we got the result and the 3 points.

Unfortunately black horse hold us to a 1-1 draw. We go ahead with a first half penalty, shortly after hitting the bar from range.
2nd half they score a 25-30 yard lob, and we can’t find the net despite having 3 great chances.
2 points dropped there.

Absolutely class turn out tonight. Out of our 22 players signed on, 19 showed for training.
We completed a nice fitness based session with some fun, and ended with a full sized game 👍🏻

Onto Sunday where we take on The Black Horse and look to improve further on last weeks win ⚽️
