8 years ago, I struggled to get even 10% on Windy Landscape. If you told me back then I had a chance of completing the level, I wouldn't have believed you.
Less than a day of practice and 400 attempts later, I completed Windy Landscape. My hardest demon to date. GGs.

There has been a lot of talk about the health of @VALORANT as a game right now. One thing I think the game could implement to immediately improve the player experience for everyone is to unlock all characters from day 1.
The current system kills the hype of any new Agent release by forcing you to either pay money for earlier access or grind out the Agent unlock, which for a casual player is probably like 1-2 weeks of delay.
New content releases should be a flurry of excitement where everyone is desperately trying play the new stuff. Instead, by the time most people have access to the Agent it feels like the moment is completely missed. Early on in the game it used to be hard to make content for new Agents because everyone was insta-locking them in the pick screen but these days I'll grind out the agent in a day or two so I can learn it or make a video and I'll be the only person playing the agent for like a week. Anyone who might return to the game after a big patch to check out the new content is way more likely to go do something else than invest 10-15 hours just trying to access the new Agent. I can't imagine that many people are buying new Agents or that it's a major part of the game's revenue.
The current system is also super problematic for what should be one of the selling points of this game which is character diversity. No wonder everyone is a Jett main and people hate playing Controller and Sentinels, your starting options are Brimstone and Sage. Maybe the simplicity made sense in beta or year 1 but now new players are being boxed into very boring choices as their first experience of Valorant. Literally no one is going to try and learn Astra after being introduced to Controller with Brimstone's point and click smoke system.
There will be 30 playable Agents by the end of the year, it's wild that you only get to play 5 when you start the game without spending money or grinding for months to access the full roster. In another couple years you're going to be asking new players to invest an INSANE amount of time just to have access to the "full game". This system is really prohibitive for both new players and returning players. (yes I understand that things like game-pass exist)
It's also bad for the pro scene. You would be shocked how many pros play like an hour of a new Agent during early access and then never bother to unlock it unless it's in their main role. This means less pros actually learning the new Agents and playing them in tournaments. Remember, Yoru was the power-level he was for literally 3 years before he was popular. Removing any barrier to access makes it way more likely for people to randomly try out the Agent and potentially fall in love with the play pattern.
Valorant has actually done a very good job making almost every Agent fun and unique to play. However, the barrier to entry is such that most people just stick to what they know and forget about the other options.

Taking a moment to show my respect to folks who have worn glasses their entire lives. I’m a couple years in and it is truly disturbing how exhausting I find it to keep them clean throughout the day. Random flakes, oily edges, accidental fingerprints — save me from this hell.
