I've never had the chance to compare the same coffee through a variety of decaf processes, as far as I know this has never been done. So it should be super interesting and educational.

The one challenge with previous live tastings has been logistics, and so hopefully having roasters on every continent take part will make it easier for people to get involved (and not have to pay excessive prices for slow shipping!)
