The Romans built fish ponds on the coast 2,000 years ago. They're still there, still filling with seawater. Reality has a way of challenging climate narratives.
The 7-second cold wrist rinse was tested on 3,000 soldiers after combat simulations.
Cortisol dropped 52% within 90 seconds. Heart rate fell an average of 22 beats per minute. The Navy classified the protocol in 2009 and kept it secret until 2023.
The mechanism is radial artery cooling. Your inner wrists have the thinnest skin and the largest surface-to-volume ratio for blood vessels. 7 seconds of cold water cools the blood passing to your brain, which signals your hypothalamus to downregulate stress instantly
You've splashed cold water on your face. You've taken cold showers. Both work, but they're inconvenient.
The SEAL protocol takes 7 seconds, requires no undressing, and can be done at any sink. Soldiers used it before night missions to fall asleep fast.
The military classified this because a free 7-second stress fix would reduce demand for combat stress medication ($400M annually).
The 2023 declassification came after a FOIA lawsuit filed by a veteran.
The fix: run cold tap water over your inner wrists for 7 seconds. Both wrists. Do it when you feel a stress spike.
Within 90 seconds, your heart rate will drop. No shower, no ice.
Just 7 seconds.
How to lose a country and it’s culture…
The % of white population in America:
1970: 88%
1990: 80%
2000: 75%
2010: 72%
2020: 62%
2025: 57%
The % of immigrant households on government benefits:
1970: 6%
1990: 9%
2000: 18%
2010: 51%
2020: 59%
2025: 61%
All by design.
Insane.
Whatever America is or will be, it’s not the country of 1976, and certainly not of 1776. The patriotic blood has turned from red to green. This land is an economic zone for third worldists to loot while bankers print to fund the fraud while skimming all the way up and down.
BREAKING NEWS: 64 year old Ohio Man with RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS for 30 years (Hydroxychloroquine stopped working) reports after 6 months of Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, DMSO and Quercetin: incredible improvements!
This is an incredible Ivermectin success story!! 😃
STORY:
64 year old Ohio Man with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for 30 years. Recently, hydroxychloroquine stopped working
In September 2025 he started:
Ivermectin
Fenbendazole
DMSO oral
DMSO topical
Quercetin
(see article for more details)
"Before I started your protocol I was in very bad shape from RA. I have been on Placquenil (Hydroxychloroquine) for about 30 years but it had stopped being effective. I was having difficulty turning doorknobs, lifting a glass of water and walking. I had near constant pain in my fingers, wrists, shoulders, and knees primarily, but other places would pop up as well. I was taking a lot of Advil to get through the day, and to sleep."
"Within weeks of starting your protocol I started seeing noticeable improvements. Gradually every part of my body got better. My fingers are nimble and pain free. I never have shoulder pain anymore. I'm able to lift weights, play pickleball, pretty much anything I want to do."
"I have occasional pain in my hands and knees, and my wrists are still not quite 100%. But I can easily lift myself up out of the bathtub now and can even do a few pushups before the wrist pain is too much. I could not put any weight on my wrists before your protocol."
"I almost never take Advil or any pain reliever anymore as even flare ups are very minimal. Honestly it feels almost miraculous."
I have helped over 9000 people with Ivermectin, Mebendazole and Fenbendazole in the largest Ivermectin Project in the world
Mostly CANCER. But a small subset of these people had autoimmune diseases, including Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Repurposed Drugs are game changers not just for CANCER, but most Autoimmune conditions as well.
Ivermectin is a powerful immunomodulator in multiple published preclinical studies.
We are going to bring Human Clinical Trials on repurposed drugs like Ivermectin and Autoimmune Diseases to FLORIDA! 😃

A 9-month study of 73 Alzheimer's patients just released results the lead researcher called unheard of.
• Memory scores jumped 12 points
• Spouses noticed cognitive improvements at home
• 100% of patients reversed their memory loss at one clinic
The complete breakdown: 🧵
Two neurologists who run the largest brain health outreach program in America just exposed how to slash dementia risk by 60% ( without meds or supplements)

Winston Churchill fought his depression with bricks. He'd lay them for hours at his country home in Kent. He joined the bricklayers' union. And in 1921 he wrote about why it worked. It took psychology another 75 years to catch up.
He called his depression the "Black Dog." It followed him for decades. His method for fighting it back was as basic as it sounds: laying brick after brick, hour after hour.
Churchill spelled out his theory in a long essay for The Strand Magazine. People who think for a living, he wrote, can't fix a tired brain just by resting it. They have to use a different part of themselves. The part that moves the eyes and the hands. Woodworking, chemistry, bookbinding, bricklaying, painting. Anything that drags the body into a problem the mind can't solve by itself.
Modern psychology now calls this behavioral activation. It's one of the most-studied depression treatments out there. Depression sets a behavior trap. You feel bad, so you stop doing things, and doing less means less to feel good about. Feeling worse makes you do even less. The loop tightens until you can't breathe inside it.
Behavioral activation breaks the loop from the action side. You schedule the activity first, even when every part of you doesn't want to. Doing it produces small rewards: a wall gets straighter, a painting fills in, a messy room gets clean. Those small rewards slowly rewire the brain. Action comes first, and the feeling follows.
Researchers at the University of Washington put this to the test in 2006. They studied 241 adults with major depression and compared three treatments: behavioral activation, regular talk therapy, and antidepressants. For the people who were most severely depressed, behavioral activation matched the drugs. It beat the talk therapy. A 2014 review of more than 1,500 patients across 26 trials backed up the result.
Physical work like bricklaying does something extra on top of this. It crowds out rumination, the looping bad thoughts that grind people down during the worst stretches of depression. Bricklaying needs both hands and gives feedback brick by brick: each one is straight or crooked. After an hour you can see exactly how much wall you built. No room left for the mental chewing.
The line George Mack used in his post, "depression hates a moving target," is good poetry. The science behind it is sharper. Depression hates a brain that has somewhere else to be.
The South will look like this in 2026.
Then we start ICE raids on Atlanta and Charlotte to finish the job.
Don’t be mad.
This is just reparations to hard-working disenfranchised Deep South Americans who have had their civil rights unconstitutionally stolen by racist Democrats.
Genuine laughter lowers cortisol, raises endorphins, boosts natural killer cell activity, reduces arterial inflammation, and improves HRV.
The people in your life who make you laugh aren't just fun to be around. They are literally extending your healthspan.
Protect those relationships. Prioritize them.
This is the most detailed MRI scan of an unborn baby.
At just 20 weeks, she is moving, turning her head, kicking—even standing. Her beating heart is also visible.
Human life is a miracle.
Chemotherapy costs $111,000 per year to destroy the body.
Ivermectin and mebendazole costs a few grand per year to exert 12 distinct anti-cancer mechanisms and NOT destroy the body.
There is not enough time in all the universe for evolution to build even one of these molecular machines, let alone thousands.
Mathematically impossible.
Evolutionary theory is dead.
