Honesty - Frustrating day.... had external factors distracting me while Trading today and took one L on ES and also missed my USDCAD entry which would be up 2r right now... Focus was lost and it showed! All good though still up for the week on both markets looking forward to next week!

Just goes to show its not all wins and sometimes life can get in the way... Anyone else find it hard to tell family members to leave them alone when they are Trading? 😂
