Watching Scott Pelley's NYT interview on leaving 60 Minutes after 37 years is heartbreaking. Corruption in an institution hurts everyone — management and workers alike. No one isn't struggling with their role in this history. Some simply had more choice than others.

I have a broad definition of corruption. Corruption is anything that displaces objective effectiveness from the highest value of a person, organization, or task. Money, ego, complacency, and outside influences are the most common reasons effectiveness takes a backseat.

Eric Schmidt presided over Google's shift from serving customers to generating ad impressions. Early Google benefitted from faith in tech built up by people like Steve Jobs. Now, graduates and the public are suspicious of technologists.

Since when did the Disney+ app turn into hot garbage on my Samsung TV? It took me 8 minutes, 2 infinite loading screens, and 1 accidental jump into the National Geographic section just to get to Mail Shadow Lord. The app is so slow, it feels like my remote doesn't work.

Built this digital painting up from a black canvas using white charcoal strokes. The prompt was Light and Dark, but it became something about the masks we wear and what we hide in the shadows.
