The @telusmobility m/o 1) Telus calls suggesting upgrading acct B. 2) Told that no desire to change acct B 3) Telus suggests upgrd to acct A for shareable data/new phone. 4) Assured shareable we commit to changes to acct A. Surprise... only way to share data is to upgrade acct B.

@AirCanada @WestJet Air Canada is refusing to refund our flights after they cancelled the flight. @Expedia says call @AirCanada and @AirCanada says call @expedia. In the meantime the @Expedia system does not show the flight cancelled but @Aircanada does. #GetyourShitTogether
