Youth in the community who attended @SealandAmericas customer service training program in Brazil were 100% satisfied! 74% said they felt better prepared to work in a call center, and 97% felt it gave them hope for a better future + would help them find work in general!💙

@SealandAmericas + non-profit partner @FundacionEDUCA are training teachers + motivating students to excel in Math. EDUCA trained 166 teachers in delivering math programming, from algebra through to geometry, with a certification rate of 85%. Thank you💙

@SealandAmericas’ team in South America worked with Projeto Arrastão, using their own in-office covid experience to migrate youth education programs to a hybrid classroom model, mixing online + in-person classes. Up to 35% of youth served could be safely present in class!💙
