.@CaerphillyCBC please tell me what more we have to do to get my tad-cu’s refuse collected? He is 96 and cannot manage to put his bin out so we asked for a pull out service many weeks ago. Log number 2564464. It has never happened and we have called you several times.

@nxcare Thanks for your reply. We can’t amend it on the website as the website ‘has an issue’. We tried calling the number and gave up after 15 minutes waiting in a chargeable queue! Can you amend it for us?
